Whatboy Games is a new (4 years old) indie developer founded in the UK but working remotely. Currently just 3 full timers we released our debut game in 2019 (Trials of Fire) and have just signed our 2nd title with a large international publisher. Our 2 founders both have children with additional needs so we build our work culture around giving all employees the flexibility to work in a way that puts their personal commitments to family and health first.
